With our service, the listing side is replaced with a flat fee depending on the package that best suits you.

If you bring in a buyer that is not represented by a broker, the listing fee is all you pay.

If the buyer has a broker, you can offer that cooperating broker a flat fee or commission if you choose. Please call to discuss further detail. 

With this service, you will Save half of the commission you would typically pay with a full service company.
